Dealer pressed this stupid thing and it’s worthless if I wanted to know where my car was yesterday then it would be great.  Doesn’t refresh at all so if my car was stolen we’d know where they were yesterday so we have that going for us... which is nice ... NOT

Very disappointed in this app this whole program it’s like why did I even get this on my car when I can’t even get an accurate read of the location most the time it says that my car sitting in my driveway when I’m not even home like right now it says I’ve been at my aunties house for the last three hours when I was only there for 10 minutes I wish they would fix this seems like just a hustle.

What a disappointment. It is basically worthless. Frequently you can not get a connection with server then when you do multiple refreshes are required to locate your vehicle, if you even can.  I think that even minimal expectations are unmet. Don’t waste your time.

Why doesn't this keep track of the entire trip and specific roads rather than just the start and end point ? I know where I started and ended up... I want to keep track of the roads I took in between !! 🙄

I'm disappointed with this app.  I have to refresh several times in order to get a location close to where my car is and that's only if it refreshes.  Right now, according to this app, and my car is at my daughter's school while it's actually parked in my driveway.  I set the speed alert and notification type and nothing.  No notifications.  My phone, Google Maps and other apps can tell me exact locations instantly so, what's the deal with this app?

Event times are often missing or inaccurate. Doesn't do much. I let the dealership talk me into this. I feel I got taken for a bunch of money.

Uber can tell you where the car is...but not this app.

This app freezes, hangs, and after killing it multiple times might tell you where you car was a half hour ago, but not realtime.

Why is it so difficult?  I can watch an uber driver's full route to my location in realtime but can't tell where my teenager is in my car until 30 to 45 minutes after they have already moved on.

This app, and the service, is a total waste.

Do not buy this system. Does not work support tells you it is working but it’s not so I guess everyone writes bad reviews is lying. There is too much negative to write it all I have this product on a real expensive Harley and so dissatisfied that when my subscription runs out I am yanking it off and switching to something I can relie on

I totally agree with the previous review. Bought this with my new car and it doesn’t work. Loaded the app on my phone and NOTHING!!! No map, No location, No nothing!! My husband just bought a new car from the same dealer and they have changed from SkyLINK to Kahu and it works perfectly!! I may ask my dealer for a refund also or to be switched to Kahu!!

I brought a car with SkyLINK installed. Was told that they could provide real time tracking if my vehicle was stolen.  Decided to upgrade to the real time monitoring all the time.  After four support calls, excuses and three different reasons of why I cant track my car, I cancelled this piece of crap and I am asking the dealer for my money back.  They can’t track your vehicle if it stolen, the system does not work, and their tech support reads the same script.  If I didn’t pay extra for the real time monitoring, I would never know that they can’t really track your car.  This is false advertisement.  I feel sorry for everyone they scammed out of money fraudulently saying they could track your car when their system works one time a day if that. Don’t waste your money.  I am telling my dealer tomorrow that I will not be a customer as long as they commit consumer fraud and sell SkyLINK.  Every dealer needs to sell Lowjack since it works.  This company steals your money and does not provide the service you are paying for.  Stay Away and tell everyone.

Cannot set a quick fence at all. Hit summit button and get no check mark. App returns a message try again later.
Same thing happened with battery alert.
And don’t expect this to give real-time location of car. I drove 10 miles away and map said I was at home, until I restarted app. Doesn’t work like google maps where you can see where the car is in real-time.

Ok quit the whining. I had an issue when I first set it up. I called customer service. Said it was an issue with the ATT setup, they had it fixed in less than 5 min. Now it works great.

This app is amazing. I have kids and sometimes I can't trust them with the car so this app has come in handy. If my son tells me he is using my car to go to practice I can make sure that's where he went. The best feature is the geo fence. It allowed me to set a perimeter around my car to let it know if it's ever moved. The fact that I've had my car stolen before makes me love this app even more since I get text updates as to when my car is moved. I recommend this service for everyone because it will help keep your car from being stolen.

Well for the longest time I was unable to view my vehicles on the maps. 
With the most recent update it looks like they finally pushed a fix and now I can see the maps again with the locations of my vehicles.

I don't like that I can no longer see the "History" I enjoyed having that option, I've also tried all day to add the "quick fence" but it keeps telling that there was an error to try again later Please Please fix those two issues... I LOVED it before the update
