I love watching the strays and wildlife. It will randomly sign me out and not matter what I do I can’t get back in. Finally after some time it will randomly sign me back in. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s super frustrating. ### 3/5 — Not great *2025-04-25, version 4.1.2* When it works, it’s good. But every few weeks I have to email for help because it just stops dispensing. They don’t really respond with any direction, but they do something on their end and it works for a while. Build some AI into the device so it can at least log and automatically take a short video when the dog is eating. The motion detection can’t be on as it goes off all the time. It needs to have a log with a photo or video when a dog is eating. It took my daughter forever to get it set up and this was a few years ago. I recently changed my Internet provider and since then I have not been able to get this feeder to connect to my new server now I keep getting error message after error message and I’m just over it. I use a repeater at my hotel and whenever I have problems connecting I just delete the device and reconnect and I don’t have any problems anymore. You do need a decent speed connection wherever you are connecting the robot otherwise it won’t work that well.
