App provides very basic, unexplained data and slow to update. I wish for more understanding, insight into what we are looking at. I also wish for a calendar, to progress alcohol consumption day to day, week to week. I’m surprised I have not had one email. No correspondence. ### 5/5 — Reinstall if Issues *2025-11-02* Deleted and reinstalled and all good. Originally Why so slooooooow on ios26? Why does my password not work? What does requesting a password resent get a #3 error? ### 1/5 — Problems with app right away *2024-01-23* I downloaded the app to my iPhone to use with my new Skyn and I couldn’t check the box to agree with the terms because it was only partially visible on the screen. Rotating phone made no difference. Had to install app on iPad to complete sign up and be able to use. Once I completed sign up on app I then was able to login on phone app. ### 3/5 — Lacks features *2023-12-08* I was very excited about this to track and monitor my drinking but there is no apple health support, no metrics to compare this week to last week etc just real time data. Curious to see where the future takes us. ### 4/5 — Great First Steps *2022-05-13* Very excited to be participating in the BACTrack Skyn Beta. After wearing it for about a week non-stop I’ve noticed a couple of areas for improvement in the app. Starting, I think it would be great to have a clearer explanation of what a TAC reading is, specifically how to read the scores. As a first time wearer, reading a TAC of 4 micrograms/liter doesn’t mean much to me but leaves me wondering why it’s registering anything without drinking alcohol. Additionally, I’d love to learn a bit more about how TAC is used to determine BAC and what thresholds there are between readings. I’m sure this is a part of the research processes being completed, but as a non-scientific user I think some clearer descriptions are needed. Overall though, I’ve found this to be a useful tool for both heavy and light drinkers, and I see great possibilities for this product in the future! Very happy to be involved in this and would love to participate in any surveys or focus groups moving forward. ### 2/5 — In Beta, don’t expect accurate data *2022-05-06* Been wearing for 24 hours, zero alcohol, and read “moderate” BAC .02-.06” for a period of time. The range is too wide to be of any value yet. Given that the Skyn is on an apple watch wristband getting real-time data, it would be really nice if there was an apple watch app to accompany the phone and possibly even watch face complications.
