I have spoken to one lady customer service agent to ask for the status of my shipment and I have her the order number she doesn’t know the answer and she told me they will call me back after a few minutes but never called back so I called again she still doesn’t know the answer so she pass the phone to her lady manager and it’s even worse she is very rude she can’t answer me so she kept me waiting on the line and dropped the phone. Because I keep on checking the status online it never changed even though their driver already took the shipment from me. They have a very bad customer service ever!!!!
