The sole purpose of the app seems to be only to allow people to provide feedback about lounges, airports, etc. other similar apps also provide information on how to find lounges, flight status and even booking flights. People expect more these days so this a poor effort from Sky Team. I would be all for providing constructive feedback in an attempt to make travel better. This does not seem to be that. Rather, it is a poorly designed charade to slow the number of complaints opened via other channels. It offers no tangible benefit or service to SkyPriority customers or Skyteam Elite (+) customers. It doesn’t work and has the value of a postcard or advertisement. The app is demonstrates a shameful disregard for customers and a cynical attempt to attract negative feedback off public platforms. ### 1/5 — Needs fixing *2022-09-10, version 3.3.3* Information boxes appear black where text should appear. Seems ink and background colour are the same. This affected the language choice box too.
