Upon downloading the app, it prompted me to select language. I pushed English to no avail. When my finger slid down and accidentally selected Korean, it worked. Then there was NO WAY of changing language!!! I had to delete and re-install... really?? In the 21st century???

This app immediately logs me out as soon as I login. It says it has been fixed, but as of Nov 7, 2019 it has not been for iPhones running the current OS

This app constantly crashes, freezes, and throws errors. I would be all for providing constructive feedback in an attempt to make travel better. This does not seem to be that. Rather, it is a poorly designed charade to slow the number of complaints opened via other channels. Why not just learn from FlyingBlue and ignore support tickets outright for months rather than giving us another piece of technology that does not work properly, thus further infuriating us?

This app is a mere fig leaf on a loosely configured alliance. It offers no tangible benefit or service to SkyPriority customers or Skyteam Elite (+) customers.  It doesn’t work and has the value of a postcard or advertisement. The app is demonstrates a shameful disregard for customers and a cynical attempt to attract negative feedback off public platforms.

Information boxes appear black where text should appear. Seems ink and background colour are the same. 
This affected the language choice box too. English is the first choice line, but it really is academic if you can’t read the text.

I was hoping for more from this app but it really does disappoint. The sole purpose of the app seems to be only to allow people to provide feedback about lounges, airports, etc. other similar apps also provide information on how to find lounges, flight status and even booking flights. People expect more these days so this a poor effort from Sky Team. Do better!
