At present, customers are able to access only one package among the available options. For example, those who choose the Malayalam package do not get access to the Tamil package. This is a major limitation that adversely affects the viewing experience. It amounts to a denial of the customer’s right to watch the channels of their choice despite having paid for the service. Therefore, I request that, in addition to the existing packages, all channels be included under an à la carte system, allowing customers to select the channels they prefer.
