## What is SkyRadio.aero?

SkyRadio is a native mobile app for tracking air traffic at airports. It connects to the SkyRadio platform (skyradio.aero) and gives you live radar, ATC recordings, weather, NOTAMs and flight history in one place. No ads, no analytics.

KEY FEATURES

Live radar — aircraft positions refreshed every 5 seconds, with trails and on-map labels showing callsign, type, altitude, speed and vertical rate. Filter by flight phase (departure, climb, approach, ground and more) and search by callsign, registration or aircraft type. "Where am I" button shows your position against the traffic.

Live ATC stream — real-time tower audio that keeps playing when the app is minimized. Floating LIVE button on the radar screen.

Timeline & flight playback — daily aircraft list; tap any flight for full detail with animated track playback (1x/2x/4x/8x), altitude chart, and synchronised ATC audio that plays at the moment each transmission was made.

ATC recordings — full hourly archives and individual transmission archives with calendar picker. Persistent mini-player across screens, playlist auto-advance, 0.5x–2x speed control.

Weather — live airport weather station (wind compass, temperature, QNH/QFE), METAR, TAF, GAMET, active NOTAMs. Auto-refresh.

Airport info — radio frequencies (monitored ones marked), runways, daily and historical statistics, aircraft photos by callsign.
