The section on setting the tablet price I completely randomized. Started a stop watch, even seconds set low and odd seconds set high. Level 2 and level 5 are based on luck and factors you have no control over or how to know. Across the assessment, we measure up to 33 personality traits and cognitive abilities that are deemed important for the role you applied for. ### 1/5 — Horrible way to review applicants *2019-06-26, version 1.30.1* If how fast you can tap your cellphone screen is a good indicator of future job performance, then this app is perfect. Better suited to entertain kindergartners than to screen applicants, this application makes a mockery of the recruitment process, and despite what it’s marketing material says, your performance is largely dependent on how many video games you play. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. Our assessments measure over 30 personality and cognitive traits. No special ability, skill or knowledge is required to be able to successfully complete the behaviour-based assessment. We use a graphical interface to collect the data, rather than a sophisticated gaming environment. Each task has been carefully designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate. Extensive testing has confirmed no measurable difference in performance between frequent video-gamers and first-time users. ### 4/5 — Good! *2021-05-26, version 1.30.6* Was an excellent way to test, barring some minimal issues. For example - with the arrow game - sometimes I would tap the right side but miss the button slightly, making it so I got an error. I think this could be improved by saying you should tap the correct side rather than a small button. ### 4/5 — Great game *2020-08-11, version 1.30.4* If you enjoy mind games and sensory games you’ll probably enjoy this. For someone not used to game playing on a phone it would have been nice to try the games out more before the test and at no point was I told if there was a time limit. Itll measure your risk tolerance and how you react to different situations. Other games include identifying emotions based on pictures. This application is super fun and nice. That was a part of a job application. The app ran smoothly and the games are cool. I truly appreciate the work done in that app and the science behind it. One note to the developer though: the last round included kind of pattern prediction exam. Upon completion I received a score of 1000. It said I was granted 1000 pts since I competed stage four with no info about how many problems I solved. That left me distracted and confused. Nonetheless since this was stage 4, i.e., last stage in the game, it had no effect on what is next. I passed the exam as set by the company since I was invited to the next stage.
