I enjoy the educational aspect, I feel it should be a separate section altogether. Felt pretty wonky trying to go through the “personalized routine”. You have to restart every time you leave the app. There are two separate instructions for workouts the one in the intro page is not expandable and includes different instructions from the workout tab. The timer or “rep” counter is barely integrated with the workouts. I could see myself using this app more if the developers would tweak these simple issues and make the user experience more streamlined.

i’m 18 years old and personally, I haven’t seen any growth from my teenage years at all. This app has given me hope even though I just bought it not too long ago I genuinely feel taller. It’s been a week so far and I’ve been doing whatever they’ve told me and I’ve seen to grow a couple centimeters now. I’m not sure whether that’s it because the posture or what it is, but I feel like this could be legit and I’ll be back to let you know how legit it is but so far I love the organization and it seems pretty good.
