The website is decent at what it does but is the bare minimum of what it offers. If there was anything else to choose from I’d choose it. Their mobile app tho makes me want to quit the service all together just so they learn a lesson. ### 1/5 — terrible *2024-05-07* This app just doesn’t work. It says it’s loading but then times out. You simply cannot use it from your phone. (I have Iphone 14 , updated, and doesn’t work on cellular or wifi). I’m honestly not sure why they even have an app. ### 1/5 — Mobile app no longer working *2024-04-29* It was good when it was still working but it is no longer functioning. Not sure if SkySlope has abandoned the app. this is a major flaw in my mind. I will be on the lookout for another transaction software option that has robust mobile functionality. So much of my work is done on the road so a mobile app is critical to my success. Losing the SkySlope app is a major disappointment. ### 1/5 — Bad & Buggy App *2024-03-22* It boggles my mind that this company doesn’t invest in their mobile app! Most of us agents work remotely or on the cloud and this app need a major overhaul. It seems every thing from logging in to working through the app, there is a bug at every touch. It is impossible to seamlessly use this app. To make it worse, the website is not mobile friendly so when the app is acting up, I am unable to use my mobile device and access the website. It is impossible to use the website on my phone as it seems it doesn’t recognize I’m on a mobile device and the website appears to be the full version. Using the website on a desktop or laptop seems to be the ONLY way to use this program. What a big disappointment for what they charge. Even when calling in to support, the representative acknowledged how crummy the app is. Such a shame. ### 1/5 — Never works *2023-12-27* I’m deleting it off my devices. It never loads my transactions I just get the gearshift wheel spinning and spinning and spinning. It’s faster for me to just go on my phones browser and go straight to the website. Don’t bother having this app take up data space on your phone. ### 3/5 — Improvement needed *2023-11-06* This app used to be great but is getting worse and worse. It’s slow, often crashes without pulling up the info needed. Very frustrating- please fix! ### 1/5 — App does not perform well *2023-04-27* The app is slow. It spins and spins. I want it to be faster so I can actually use it on the go like I usually am. I spend 70% of my time not at my desk. This app does not keep up with my hectic schedule and adds no value to my transactions at the moment. ### 1/5 — Horrible mobile app *2023-02-01, version 9.2.6* I hate having to give negative feedback, but this is probably the worst business app I’ve ever had to use. It absolutely does not work. Takes forever to login and there’s no functionality. I just tried a very simple action, to send a document to a client. All it does is kick you off the app. as mobile as we are, we need an app that actually functions. When I called SkySlope support, thinking it was a user problem, they confirmed that the app is basically useless and if I wanted to be mobile, then I should pull up my phone’s browser.
