Not always reliable when emailing docs to the software generated email address associated with the file. I’ve had them bounce back or take forever to show up. The app hasn’t been updated in 3 years and it shows. I can’t upload files from my phone to the app and when the email method for file upload isn’t working, the app is useless. On the plus side, I can reference files on the app that I uploaded through the desktop site. 🤷🏼‍♂️ ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This company deserves to be punished for how bad the app is *2024-06-16* The app is worthless.. literally pointless. The website is decent at what it does but is the bare minimum of what it offers. If there was anything else to choose from I’d choose it. Their mobile app tho makes me want to quit the service all together just so they learn a lesson. ### 1/5 — terrible *2024-05-07* This app just doesn’t work. It says it’s loading but then times out. You simply cannot use it from your phone. (I have Iphone 14 , updated, and doesn’t work on cellular or wifi). I’m honestly not sure why they even have an app. ### 1/5 — Mobile app no longer working *2024-04-29* It was good when it was still working but it is no longer functioning. Not sure if SkySlope has abandoned the app. this is a major flaw in my mind. I will be on the lookout for another transaction software option that has robust mobile functionality. So much of my work is done on the road so a mobile app is critical to my success. Losing the SkySlope app is a major disappointment. ### 1/5 — Bad & Buggy App *2024-03-22* It boggles my mind that this company doesn’t invest in their mobile app! Most of us agents work remotely or on the cloud and this app need a major overhaul. It seems every thing from logging in to working through the app, there is a bug at every touch. It is impossible to seamlessly use this app. To make it worse, the website is not mobile friendly so when the app is acting up, I am unable to use my mobile device and access the website. It is impossible to use the website on my phone as it seems it doesn’t recognize I’m on a mobile device and the website appears to be the full version. Using the website on a desktop or laptop seems to be the ONLY way to use this program. What a big disappointment for what they charge. Even when calling in to support, the representative acknowledged how crummy the app is. Such a shame. ### 1/5 — Never works *2023-12-27* I’m deleting it off my devices. It never loads my transactions I just get the gearshift wheel spinning and spinning and spinning. It’s faster for me to just go on my phones browser and go straight to the website. It absolutely does not work. Takes forever to login and there’s no functionality. I just tried a very simple action, to send a document to a client. All it does is kick you off the app. as mobile as we are, we need an app that actually functions. AWESOME. *2018-04-05, version 9.2.6* Another great update!! These push notifications are perfect. So handy for me because I am on the road so much as a realtor. It is great that my broker decided to provide SkySlope. Such a great tool and I am so much more efficient. Skyslope has a super easy to use interface that runs really smooth and it translates into the app version. It has built in cloud storage so I can save and manage my documents, and text message and email tracking so I can keep track of everything in one log. And to top it off, 24/7 customer service is there whenever I need it. I love that I can manage my files right from my phone. The app doesn’t have my working docs in it. Nor any way to access my integrated accounts like my ZipformsPlus. When I try to upload from my iPad it only takes me to my photo albums rather than my iCloud documents.
