## What is SkySoar?

SkySoar gives glider pilots a tool to easily keep track of their flights while getting detailed insights into their flight data, like an automatic calculation of the practice state.

How many winch launches did I do this year?
This question is hard to answer when looking at your conventional pilot log book, as it gives you very limited insight into your flying activities. 
SkySoar gives you a dashboard at hand that is customisable. With SkySoar you can get detailed, custom insights, into your flying activities, like the amount of winch launches in the current year or your practice state, calculated based on the flights you did within the last six months.

- Flight Log Management: Allows pilots to add, edit and delete flights.
- Practice State Visualisation: Displays the pilot's practice state using a color coded system.
- Onboarding: The app comes with an onboarding sequence and the ability to add sample flight data for new users to explore the app.

	•	To streamline flight entry further, we’ve removed the arrival date field. Since it usually matches the departure date, selecting the arrival time is now sufficient.
