Sobald man ein Ticket kauft läuft auch die Zeit ab. Man kann es nicht zu einer beliebigen Zeit starten, wenn der Bus abfährt beispielsweise. Bezahlung hat leider auch anfangs schlecht funktioniert. Busfahrer sind unfreundlich und sprechen kaum Englisch. Will man aus Bergen raus, muss man schnell damit rechnen mal eine Stunde zu warten, da wenig Busse überhaupt fahren. ### 2/5 — SMS verification issues. *2025-07-09, version 5.22.4* Looks like an easy app to use, but SMS text verification never arrived. We had to buy tickets from the driver, instead. ### 2/5 — Can you combine Billett and Reise? *2024-10-18* During our trip to Norway, I couldn’t help but notice how intuitive and useful Ruter was in Oslo. Being able to purchase tickets and also map out your travel was extremely helpful. However, once in Bergen, we had to use the Skyss Billett and Reise apps, separately, to achieve the same purchasing and planning capabilities. Please combine them so it’s closer to the Ruter functionality. ### 1/5 — Payment issues *2022-09-29, version 5.9.0* Outdated payment system, poor integration with Vipps. Got a fine/gebyr on the bus because of payment errors. Seems like a very old app that no one is actively updating. I‘ve tried to add 3 different cards (1 debit and two mastercard), and it gets denied every time. Made the mistake of purchasing the tickets today and they expire today.
