Experience personal, interactive service using your mobile phone with Skyward Credit Union’s AIM Video Banking app. A face-to-face, confidential interface allows you to chat with a live Skyward Video Specialist for transactions and on-demand inquiries. You can access the AIM video banking app from the comfort of your home, business, or on-the-go — anywhere it’s convenient for you.  With a smooth user interface, connection to the experts at Skyward is easier than walking into a branch!
The benefits of using AIM include:
•        Open checking, savings, certificate, or IRA accounts.
•        Get help applying for or completing loan applications for auto, personal, credit card, home equity or mortgage.
•        Securely sign and send documents using the camera on your mobile phone device.
•        Receive answers to account and online banking questions from the specialists at Skyward.
•        Get personalized service for most of your banking needs.

•        AIM Video Banking app is a separate app from Skyward Online Banking. 
•        AIM Video Banking is available during normal business hours.
