Also miles have become diluted in value ### 1/5 — Badly implemented *2021-06-09* An app with great potential, however the implementation is very poor. You need to open the open 2-3 times before you can carry out any activity. To claim a reward or submit a rewards takes too many steps. Suggestion, replace all these numerous steps with a bar or QR code. The merchants find it takes too many steps to enter a reward and the users are frustrated having to open the app multiple times to get to your chosen retail outlet or vendor. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor transaction tracking *2026-07-25* Most of the transactions are not reflected automatically. Impossible to follow up on every transaction with several receipt and poor client service. I have been been emailing Emirates Customer services for weeks now and none emails are going back and forth and my points are still not being added. I have 3 cards linked to the account and have no problem with the ENBD card only my HSBC one!
