Bonjour,

Je suis déçue de mon abonnement. J’ai souscrit pour créer des fichiers et en l’occurrence j’ai demandé de créer un fichier, mais le résultat ne correspondait pas à ma demande. J’ai donc demandé des corrections, et à chaque correction du même fichier, des crédits étaient déduits.

Au final, tous mes crédits ont été consommés simplement pour essayer d’obtenir un seul fichier. J’ai finalement dû le refaire entièrement à la main car à force de demander des corrections, ça mettait beaucoup trop de temps (en plus de me débiter des crédits).

J’ai déjà contacté le service client, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse.

J’avais utilisé l’application en début d’année et il n’y avait pas l’option des crédits et c’était mieux. Un peu déçue car c’était la deuxieme fois que je m’abonnais à cette application.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I signed up for the free trial, but when I tried to cancel before the trial ended, I could not find any cancellation option. I contacted support on July 2 to request cancellation, but my subscription was not canceled and I was still charged ¥8,443.

A free trial should have a clear and accessible cancellation process. I hope Skywork AI improves this system and properly helps users who are trying to cancel before being charged.

I would not recommend this app.

When I first subscribed, there was no clear warning that the subscription would automatically renew. A few days before the renewal, I received an email reminder, but it only mentioned that my credits were about to expire. It did not clearly state that my subscription would be renewed automatically and that I would be charged again.

After noticing the charge, I contacted support immediately and requested a refund because I had not used the renewed subscription. Unfortunately, the response was unhelpful and my refund request was denied.

Subscription terms and auto-renewal policies should be made much more transparent. The lack of clear communication and the poor customer support experience left me very disappointed.

Já tentei tanto cancelar a assinatura e simplesmente NÃO APARECE A OPÇÃO NEM NO SITE, nem no aplicativo! Mandei e-mail para o suporte e recebo outro de volta alegando que não possível o contato! Então não assinem! Terão problemas! Pesssimo!

되어서 이메일 썼더니 답장도 없네요
월 2만원 결제한다고 카드 한번 등록해놨더니 며칠 뒤에 지 맘대로 32만원 넘게 청구됨
아무것도 안 만졌고 심지어 월별 청구 2만원이었는데 청구일도 한참 남았는데 32만원 청구는 뭔가요 다행이게도 해외원화결제 차단되어 있어서 돈은 안나갔는데 당황스럽네요;;;;
해킹인가도 싶어서 카드 정보 삭제해달라고 이메일 보냈더니 답장도 없습니다 ^_^
이런 슈레기 기업 거르세요
나중에 돈 다 털릴 수도 있을 것 같습니다..

I have been unable to cancel this app and the “help” instructions do not help guide me to cancel. Is this difficultly by design?  Not sure.  Do not use of you wish for an easy cancellation.

Consuming credits with every instruction while failing to follow those instructions or deliver high-quality work. An expensive subscription with limited credits that can be exhausted by a single task. Worst of all, there is no straightforward way to cancel the subscription, and no one responds to support emails.

Be careful with the 7-day free trial.
I emailed them before the trial ended to cancel my subscription, but they never responded. Because of that, I was charged for an extra month.

The worst part is that the only way to cancel is through a specific email they send with the link “Change Payment Method.” That email is sent right before you’re charged, so if you miss it, you’ll automatically be billed for another month.

This cancellation process feels intentionally difficult. don’t rely on customer support to respond in time.

web版でもそうですがアプリでGoogleアカウントで登録してサブスク登録すると解約のタブがないため、アカウントを削除するか課金し続けないといけないです。

Aplicativo um lixo! Simplesmente não dão a opção de cancelar a assinatura e fatura cobra normal! Para você conseguir cancelar a assinatura, você tem que entrar no computador e ir no perfil e configurações, em assinatura é só assim aparece o “cancelar assinatura” um absurdo!!!!!

Para o pessoal aqui que não consegue cancelar a assinatura, não é pelo app mas sim pelo site na web (computador). Você vai no seu perfil, configuração e assinatura e então pode cancelar! Valeu.
