I’ve workout with Stephanie for about a year and have seen tremendous improvement!  Stephanie switches up different workout every time so that you are never bored or get used to the same routine.  I’ve done a lot of the workout in the app and I highly recommend it.

This app was set up in a simple yet organized way that made it so easy to use!! Stephanies workouts are amazing!! She has put so much time and work into this app and it shows!! I couldn’t recommend this app enough!
