I used the app to try and book ice skating for 2 people but it wouldn’t let me add 2 to the booking and then when I booked for one it wouldn’t let me add another booking on! Just awful

App navigation is poor, links to webpage for bookings and requires several log in attempts. Struggle to find where there is a full list of kids activities for day and time suitable.

Can’t see my kids swimming lessons on my account. 
No up to date centre information on whether swimming/ sauna etc is operational.

We who have cars and means of transport would like to be able to search the app for activities in the local area, for example looking for a tai chi class or yoga  and  being able to find venues in the area with these classes. Currently we have to select each leisure centre individually to see what’s on there.
And if we are very lucky it’s not been fully booked at 6am 7 days in advance.

Would be great to book more than one session at a time. I have to go through the payment everytime I want to book patch session…

This app is pretty useless, unless you want to book a fitness class. It doesn’t let me know what sports are available to me in my local area, and how to access them. Unbelievably, the one feature that I was looking forward to isn’t included - the restrictive times that swimming is allowed. (I am fed up travelling to my local pool only to be told that the pool is closed - as I am about to get in!)

Very slow to open at 6 am on Monday. Many classes booked by the time the app lets me in.

I had a booking for golf yesterday turned up to the course and it was closed. Nothing in the app to say it had been closed and my booking was canceled. Also when you get a push notification reminder it say early rim instead of time . If these little things get worked out i would give 5 stars
