Yeah I bought an earcleaner and then it told me to download the app, it doesn’t even work nor connect.

To be fair, it's probably a combination of the app and the tool I'm trying to connect--but it's a crapshoot whether it will connect after 10 tries or just not at all. I would never buy another thing that uses this app to connect because what a waste of money

Works great! I thought it was not working because I was trying to connect via bluetooth to the device. The solution is to connect via WiFi like if you were trying to connect to your internet router

Bought an ear cleaner and thought it didn’t work and even thought I was on the same page as others in the reviews but the issue was I thought it was bluetooth connected the wholetime when it was just an internet you connect to. Mine was named SL and then numbers. Works perfectly fine.

Pretty easy setup just connect to the Wi-Fi signal it puts off, open the app and it should say connected. Also surprised how good the resolution is! The app preview photos give it no justice the quality is much better than shown here!

ちゃんと使えた😄接続出来ませんの後、設定が開くので、Wi-Fiを開いて接続してアプリに戻ると繋がりました、1000円弱の性能にしてはすごく良い。
