The app connects to the device no problem by WiFi but then 8 out of 10 times the app won’t display the camera feed. Got it to display a couple of times but even then after a few minutes the display froze and I’d restart and then nothing would show on the app.

This is the first electric toothbrush I’ve ever used, and overall my experience has been very good. The manual was clear and easy to follow, which helped me figure everything out quickly. At first, I struggled a bit with opening the app and finding the camera, but once I read through the instructions properly, it all made sense.

I really like the different settings and vibration modes—it makes brushing feel customizable and effective.

One thing I think could be improved is the design around the brush head connection. When brushing, toothpaste and water tend to drip down into the crevices, which makes cleaning the toothbrush a bit of a hassle after every use. A small removable cylinder or guard around that area could help catch the liquid, making it easier to rinse and keep clean.

Aside from that, it’s a great device—very user-friendly, easy to understand, and overall a big step up from a regular toothbrush.

Was die Anleitung nicht verrät: mobile Daten deaktivieren, sonst gibt es nur sporadisch ein Bild. Der Reiniger fungiert als WLAN Hotspot. Damit verbinden (mobile Daten ausschalten!), App starten und schon funktioniert es.
