The last few updates have really improved the apps aesthetic and functions. It's pretty simple to buy and connects directly to your Apple Pay which I really like. Just bought my first pair of yeezys through this app because of their authentication service and glad I did. It took less than a day for them to authenticate the shoes and send them out to me. The shoes were on perfect and legit. My only complaint would be if they could add a faster shipping option; this is super minor but I am impatient. That being said this is a dope app and if you're in the market for shoes, this a good way to get some good prices safely. ### 4/5 — Beautifully done *2017-06-30, version 3.0.2* I love everything about the app and what's it's designed for. I've been using the app for a while and I've never had issues until the recent updates. Every time I want to search an item, the app crashes. So far the app is very efficient and I've had no issues finding a shoe for a great price. I love actually being able to contact sellers and seeing when they were last on and other buyer reviews of that seller. Great app and great variety of shoes and clothes. I'll boost it up to 5 stars when I get my shoe and everything is good ### 5/5 — It's one of the best.! *2017-01-26, version 2.6.0* This is app is one of the best sneaker app I've seen. Everything is simple to use and is presented very well and clear to understand. I have not yet had the money to purchase anything, but I will be very soon. Also the fact that they first check the shoes to make sure they are real, and provide refunds if that is not the case gives so much ease of mind and sense of peace when buying shoes. 10/10 in my opinion. ### 5/5 — Skeptical at first but turned out great *2016-12-22, version 2.5.4* I know these sneaker apps are scary to use. Don't want to get fakes, or screwed out of a deal, but slang isn't that. I ordered 2 pairs from sellers on here and they came as they showed in the photo and in pretty good time. I definitely recommend this app to all the sneaker heads who are trying to get/sell shoes. You'd be surprised what you find on here ### 5/5 — 100% LEGIT! *2016-12-15, version 2.5.3* First off, I won a weekly raffle opportunity to purchase a pair of sneakers for $1 that I didn't even know that I had won! Whoever was running this app, THANK YOU for the text message alert to let me know that I had won! I paid instantly, shipping ($10) was FAST as well! So I paid $11 for a pair of HOT kicks! I haven't sold anything or bought any kicks from others yet, but I do plan on posting up kicks for sale. Slang works as a middleman! Idk how many times I've tried to post a shoe for sale. While making my posting I accidentally swipe in the wrong direction losing all the pictures that I've took and all the information I had already filled in. And please make it to where you can pull pictures from your camera roll. It's so annoying having to retake picture after picture after picture. ### 5/5 — Trusted and fast *2016-10-14, version 2.5* The app is great I've made a purchase and also sold shoes on here... wish it was a little more simplistic..don't know how to give reviews..isn't very user friendly.. get rid of the flick away page thingy and replace it with back arrows to go back and a simple "X" to close page.. other then that the app is great.. hopefully I can get my % fee down a little lol ### 4/5 — Great App *2016-10-09, version 2.4.11* Man I love this app! Slang makes it so easy to sell your shoes. The only issue is that instead of a back arrow, you have to swipe the page to get rid of it. This gets really annoying because whenever you try to scroll down on a page it just disappears. Please fix this. It's very hanky/laggy. I don't think the app was designed very well. As far as the marketplace, I don't like that either because they allow for random people to flag shoes and most people who do don't even know what they are looking at or talking about. Slang should look through the posts themselves and if they see a fake, then flag it. I don't feel comfortable buying shoes through this app cause I think I'm gonna end up with a fake. For me, I'd much rather use StockX or GOAT. Both easier apps to navigate and require legit checks on the shoes. ### 1/5 — Wack, I deleted. App is not user friendly, cumbersome to navigate and post items. Even going back or trying to exit is difficult. They make you "swipe" to go back or exit a post. Well, be careful because if you fill out a form to post something (which will take you about 10 minutes minimum), if you scroll down make sure you do it very carefully as you might "swipe" to exit your post and lose ALL your content. Have fun starting all over because they won't save any of your info or pictures. Oh, and you can't upload pictures either; it just be taken thru the app. There isn't a help or contact section within the app, and many times after all the work you put in the item won't even post. And they don't give you feedback as to why. Their profile says tag them for help, but your character count is limited to a few sentences. Unless the simplify the process and conduct better help sections, don't even waste your time with this app. ### 1/5 — Poor camera quality *2015-11-25, version 2.1.3* Camera function is sub par due to the lack of capabilities in accessing pre existing photos within photo library. Not able to simultaneously access camera flash while shooting images in app makes the lighting image suggestion in the "tips" section irrelevant.. Can't comment further on the rest of the app if I can't properly upload decent images to advertise. No other app can you negotiate and talk to the seller on a trusted platform. The leaders (stock x and goat) are whack cus you can only sell new shoes on stock x and goat is overpriced and you can't talk or negotiate on either platform. It's a great experience, and insures that everything you buy can be authenticated. Just in case you have any bad thoughts about something your buying. There was one issue I had but got fixed up pretty quick, in case anyone has this problem when trying to load an item, make sure you click where it says adidas you have to now click adidas!! If you notice it's not highlighted click it and it should then be highlighted! The Slang Buyer Protection lets you buy items without worrying of getting fake products or products that are not-as-advertised. Would recommend it to everyone looking to buy and sell! ### 5/5 — BEST SNEAKER APP!!! *2017-02-04, version 2.6.1* This is by far the best sneaker app out there. They have the cheapest prices because the sellers on the site set them at or usually below market value because they want to sell their item. They also offer authentication and fast shipping which keeps you secure. Just blown away by all of it. 10/10 P.S. if you're a sneaker head you have to have this app. ### 5/5 — Thank you Slang *2017-02-04, version 2.6.1* I have purchased everything from Yeezy's to Jordan brand with no problems. Obviously Yeezy replicas get better every day but they have done a great job authenticating my purchase. If that's not comforting enough you also get 2 days to authenticate your purchase before Slang releases your money to the seller. I also like the capability to comment on shoes posted for sale. It makes it easy to share opinions or ask for advice/help before you make a purchase. It's nice to know you have the sneaker community to help. Keep in mind it is the internet so approach with normal caution but I would absolutely recommend Slang.
