Hey Jinx, Thank you, that means a lot. Sharing already exists on the Analyst plan: family sharing for up to 5 profiles, plus PDF and CSV export if you want to hand a report to someone. Tiffany — you were right on both counts, and both are now fixed. The login loop was a real bug: the app could hand you a session our server did not yet recognize, so it bounced you back to the login screen seconds after you had signed in. The scans that never finished were a separate problem on our end, and that one is fixed too. Scans now complete in about 30 to 60 seconds. Help is at hello@slantscanner.com, which was also far too hard to find when you wrote this. Thank you for describing it in enough detail that we could track both down.
