## What is Slap?

Local food that slaps.

Discover the people making it, from food trucks and home cooks to market stalls, pop-ups, restaurants and caterers. Slap brings their food, stories and upcoming stops together, starting in Dallas–Fort Worth.

FIND YOUR NEXT LOCAL FAVORITE
Browse vendors on Home and explore the Map. Search by food, business or place, then narrow your results with the available filters.

GET TO KNOW THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE FOOD
Visit a Storefront for photos, videos, updates and public business details. Follow vendors you want to keep up with and return to their latest Posts.

SEE WHERE AND WHEN
Check a vendor’s Schedule and upcoming Appearances before planning your next stop. Locations and availability can change, so confirm the latest details with the vendor before you go.

KEEP YOUR ACTIVITY TOGETHER
Browse without an account. Sign in to follow vendors, save eligible Posts and manage your activity in Slap.

Sell on Slap
Local food businesses can apply from the app. Approved vendors can build their Storefront, publish Posts and announce Appearances from their phone.

Slap currently focuses on discovery and updates. Live checkout is unavailable. Storefronts named Slap SIMS show example content and reviews; they do not offer real food, orders or pickup.
