The guys out there at Slash are crazily nice and polite, very helpful also, the platform and the app itself is incredibly well made and Slash overall benefits and features are well think’ed one-size fits all for small businesses and web entrepreneurs. 5 stars or more is due.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Slash banking app and would rate them a dismal 1/5 stars. Despite only making a couple of transactions last year, I was unexpectedly banned today for supposed "concerning activity" that I cannot comprehend. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication and assistance from their customer service team. My attempts to reach out were met with silence, and when I tried to contact them via Discord, I was inexplicably banned from that platform as well. Slash's handling of my situation has been both unprofessional and distressing, leaving me with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. I was already dissatisfied with the horrible user interface. I strongly caution others considering this app to be wary of their customer service and the potential for unjustified actions against users.

I’ve got the elite plan and too many declines on this vcc provider. Not sure if they’re addressing it as they said they’re investigating but there were no fix updates the declines I had a few weeks ago. Hope they fix this issue
