Slash provides top of the line plans and offers so much even on the free plan. Not only do you get a large amount of cards with the free plan, I’ve never had issues checking out with any of my cards. In addition, the Slash support team provides top of the line support and I’ve never had issues depositing/withdrawing from my accounts. I highly recommend Slash to anyone starting their business and in need of VCCs. Slash excels in customer support, and simplicity. There are numerous options for transferring money to and from accounts, and it’s easy to stay organized with both a personal and business checking accounts. And best of all, their prices are amazing! You get access to so many great benefits like cash back and additional virtual card creation for only $25/month. They also offer a heftier subscription for $50/month and even a free subscription still tons of benefits. Their physical card works well and is compatible with Apple Wallet, making it super easy to use for your everyday purchases. I really enjoy the fact they offer both personal and business accounts unlike other virtual card providers. The application is very user friendly and allows you to transfer funds from a bank account, debit card, or virtual payment application such as venmo or cash app. Slash has allowed me to generate 50 online cards which is ideally the backbone to my payment methods, and direct correlation to my business’s growth and success. Always gives an error! ### 1/5 — Terrible Experience with Slash: Unjustified Ban and Poor Customer Service *2023-11-16* I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Slash banking app and would rate them a dismal 1/5 stars. Despite only making a couple of transactions last year, I was unexpectedly banned today for supposed "concerning activity" that I cannot comprehend. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication and assistance from their customer service team. My attempts to reach out were met with silence, and when I tried to contact them via Discord, I was inexplicably banned from that platform as well. Slash's handling of my situation has been both unprofessional and distressing, leaving me with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. I was already dissatisfied with the horrible user interface. They also ban tons of merchants so they have control of what you do with your money. When your starting it is a little confusing to add funds but once you figure it out it works amazingly. It is such a great app with many advantages and great support! But one flaw is how difficult it is to transfer money. You can’t take money out of the account on cash app or venmo. Only on Apple Pay and when you do you can’t instant transfer so you always have to wait a couple days for it.
