So that means that the game only keeps track of your device while the game is open, because it’s offline it doesn’t know what happens when it’s not open. Also you have to be on for your chests to open. Another thing is that you aren’t offered gold and gems for ads anymore. Please Fix lots of people are having the issue. Also can you update so there are more Hereros. Plz fix Ssundee derpton ### 4/5 — Love the game, but... *2018-08-17, version 1.2* So I’ve been playing the game for 2 days now, and I’m already pretty far, but there are some bugs, and glitches I would like you to fix. Just for an example of the bugs, I didn’t get a daily reword yet, which I have noted Is a feature thanks to ssundee playing. Another bug is that nothing happens while the game is off. By this, I mean that I don’t earn any gold and my abilities don’t recharge while I’m away. Again, I love the game, but if you could fix these bugs and glitches, that would be great. ### 3/5 — Issues *2018-07-27, version 1.2* Although the game is fun, all of the time accounted for is the time spent playing the game. While off of the game no gold is earned and the chest timers don’t go down at all. Abilities don’t recharge and it makes it very difficult to have any fun with these bugs. I get no daily rewards. My chests don’t open. This game is really fun but I’m only at stage 45 and my tap damage barely does anything. Also my early heroes don’t do anything either. I haven’t seen any flying chests yet. I had this game last year and offline mechanics worked great but now it’s all messed up! It was nice while it lasted, which wasn’t very long!! I had spent a lot of time playing this game, several months in fact. I was trying to get to level 500. Was at 399. There is a huge jump in cost to buy the next hero which you need to continue on. Was grinding away for a couple of weeks and then it happened. I no longer got new quests or daily rewards and every time I used the abilities it would only regenerate if the game was open. I no longer gathered gold when not playing so at this rate I should be able to buy the next hero in the year 2525!!! I reported the problem to the support team and never got a response and there hasn't been an update since October 2016. Get it if you want to waste time and money. The quests don’t come back daily and the chests take HOURS to open for free and the time doesn’t go down unless you’re in the game. So.....what? This is awful. Underline rip off. 5 times I have tried to close this app and progress idly, like you should.. 5 times I have come back to the SAME CHEST TIMER. The SAME GOLD AMOUNT. The SAME MONSTER LEVEL!! And guess what happens after that? Can't even select the contact support button, because why? Surprise, It's bugged. Scaling on levels and upgrades is absolutely terrible. I cannot access daily rewards, I do not get the tournaments anymore, and the game no longer progresses while offline. Uninstalling, no point to the app anymore. I’ve been waiting for the same chest to unlock for 2 days now. Then there’s also no offline gold earned which makes it extremely hard to level up my characters. Please fix these issues so I can continue playing without having to leave the game open because it causes my phone to over heat. The heros are trash and don't do anything, you can only beat bosses using your abilities, and i never got any new quest or rewards. But now I physically can't because I don't get anything when I'm offline. I don't get new daily quests, my chests don't unlock, and I don't get the gold boost when I return. I don't know what happened, but whatever update you guys did recently turned off the offline features. Now I'm stuck and can't go anywhere, and it pisses me off cause I love this game! ### 3/5 — Issues that occurred in game *2023-09-05* The daily reward doesn’t even appear when tapped on same with shop and the player shop is blank when you have other items from the chests and my phone was recently shutdown and turned back on and I lost my progress I was sent back to the half mark before I prestiged and I was already there after prestige so I was heavily screwed over. I’ve never written a review about any other game before so this is my first one. I doubt anything is gonna change if I write anything about the game but I still hope the devs see this. When I started to play the game again which was 1 or 2 weeks ago, I finished the quests on the first day and the next day I had realized nothing happened when I wasn’t playing the game. Like the quests still said to wait the next day for more quests, I had not earned any gold while I was off of the game nor did my chests finished unlocking and my skills were not recharged. I don’t know if the devs just don’t care about the game anymore or they can’t do anything about it but I have heard no news about this game in a while. And I just really want to see this game back to the way it was before because I just can’t progress through the game. Also there is an achievement called collect 5 floating chests, but the floating chests never appear. That is all you can do to make me happy and play the game more often.
