I booked a mattress deep-cleaning service, but it was completed in just 10 minutes with no vacuuming or actual deep cleaning. The person only wiped the surface, and all the stains remained. On top of that, the assigned professional didn’t even show up and sent someone else instead. I paid around ₹800 for something I could have done myself at home. Complete waste of money. The professional didn’t show up and ignored my calls. When they finally responded, they tried to push the slot back or reschedule for the next day. Despite customer care promising a replacement within the hour, they eventually just cancelled the booking entirely. If you are a working professional who manages your life by a schedule, do not rely on this app. Their logistics are poor, and their "guarantees" mean nothing. I’m now waiting 3–5 days for a refund for a service I never received. Stick to the established apps that actually value a customer’s time. ### 1/5 — Not Useful.
