## What is Slate?

***PLAY GOLF. RAISE THE STAKES.***

Slate is built for golfers who want to make every round matter.

Create real-money golf matches with friends, compete across your favorite formats, track the action hole by hole, and settle up securely — all in one place.

Connect your golf profile, use handicap-adjusted scoring, and turn your next round into a competitive match against others.

▶ Play the Games You Already Know

Create matches using popular golf formats including:

• Match Play
• Stroke Play
• Nassau
• Skins
• Wolf
• Dots

Set your players, course, tees, format, stakes, and scoring rules before you tee off. Slate keeps track of the match so you can focus on your round.

▶ Golf Matches Built Around Your Game

**Connect your handicap** — USGA handicap connection for net matches and score posting.

**Play gross or net** — Set up handicap-adjusted contests and automatically account for strokes where applicable.

**Track the match live** — Enter scores as you play and follow standings, holes, points, and results throughout the round.

**Post your scores** — Eligible rounds can be submitted directly through Slate's integrated golf scoring experience.

**Build your match history** — Keep your rounds, results, opponents, and performance in one place.

▶ Compete for Real Stakes

Slate lets eligible golfers create peer-to-peer, skill-based contests for real money.

You choose who you play, the game format, and the stakes. Outcomes are determined by the golfers on the course — Slate does not set odds or compete against its users.

Whether it's a $20 Nassau with friends, weekend Skins, or a serious head-to-head match, Slate gives your group one place to organize, track, and settle the competition.

▶ Built for the Golf Course

No spreadsheets. No group-chat math. No trying to remember who owes what after the 18th hole.

Slate brings the entire money-match experience together:

• Match creation and invitations
• Course and tee selection
• Handicap-adjusted scoring
• Live match tracking
• Secure deposits and withdrawals
• Match history and performance insights
• Score posting
• Golf-specific game formats

▶ Safe & Secure Competition

Slate is designed for transparent, responsible peer-to-peer competition.

• 18+ only
• Identity and age verification
• Geolocation controls
• Available only in approved U.S. states
• Secure payment infrastructure
• Fraud and transaction monitoring
• Skill-based contests only
• No sportsbook odds or house-banked wagering

▶ Where Slate Is Available

Slate contests are available to eligible users physically located in approved U.S. jurisdictions. Location verification is used to determine eligibility when creating or joining real-money contests.

Slate is not currently available for real-money contests in AR, CT, DE, LA, MT, or SD.

Make Your Next Round Matter

Golf has always been more fun with something on the line.

Create the match. Set the stakes. Tee it up.

### 5/5 — Clean and Easy to Use

*2025-10-25*

Super clean and simple interface and nice haptics. Easy to deposit and add friends. Creating contests is fun and there’s a ton of customization features around contest timing, location, category, etc. The stats feature is really cool and is the main reason I use Slate over Venmo, cash, and handshakes. Wouldn’t be surprised if this App explodes in the coming years.

### 5/5 — No cash to bet no problem

How many times have you been with friends and a bet emerges. Usually something silly but so important in the moment. If you don’t have cash this app alleviates the need to squirm and wiggle your way out of bet. Make a deposit in advance and then place your bet. Once the competition is ended winner gets proceeds. Pretty easy with a variety of uses either personally or professionally.
