Great launcher
Awesome way to reduce distractions on the phone. The directions to setup the background don’t seem to apply to the new Liquid Glass update. But regardless it’s just what I needed and for an awesome price!
Misleading about capabilities
This is a lot less smooth than it led me to believe. Most of the things that needed to be done could have been done without this app. I was thinking they may have had the ability to provide a smoother launcher without having to go through Shortcuts. At least share the instructions for setting up or allowing even a 5 minute free trial before buying the app. It only takes that long until someone realizes they don’t need to purchase this…

Hello Miles, Unfortunate to hear you didn't enjoy Slate. It is currently impossible with the current state of IOS to get the widget set up as it is seen in our screenshots without the Slate app. We have many instructions guiding users on how to set up the widgets. Thanks for the review.
