Fixed Mac multiple-phone-number messaging so choosing a number hands off into the custom compose sheet.
Updated Mac message timeline logging so “Log Message” saves the actual message text, not just a generic “sent a message” note.
Updated iOS message timeline logging the same way: selected/custom message text now carries through to the timeline prompt.

Fixed iOS SMS URL creation so the message body is passed into the Messages app.

Confirmed recipient-only message actions should stay direct/open-app behavior, since there is no submission timeline to log against.
