They have some useful tools but everything feels disjointed and independent of each other with no real thought behind it. It’s scary how easy you can bypass their security. Their customer service is very friendly, but I’ve put in a ticket twice to get the app to work. Last week I was emailed letting me know the issue was resolved. The only thing that changed is I can now get to the second security check. The app will not load your account info at all. It only gives you the loading screen that never finishes. How can I trust the company with my investments when they can’t even get a simple app to work?
