Additionally, I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of visibility with my Roth. All I can see regarding my Roth is the contribution section, but I’m unable to see my balance or how much I have saved. I can’t even access the app, it glitches and shuts off. Tried downloading it a few times. When it was working the app is horrible for knowing what you’re invested in and making changes. I recommend to my company to get off this provider entirely. ### 1/5 — Barely works *2026-05-05* The amount of times I try to get into this app and it force quits is ridiculous. It is up-to-date with no updates available. If you are able to get into the app, the amount of data inside is horrible. No differentiation between Roth or traditional. Not very intuitive or user-friendly, nothing like a Fidelity app. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2026-05-04* Limited functionality when working and crashes on launch after most recent iOS update. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app twice. When I click on the app, it tries to open and immediately closes. From an app perspective, you can’t see your contributions for the year, employer vs employee, how much is in Roth vs Traditional, what your returns are…. Worst 401k app I’ve ever used. From a company perspective, it takes almost 2 weeks for my contribution to even hit my account. ### 2/5 — Security must disable VPN *2025-09-15* The app does not support VPN connections. When logging in I repeatedly receive messages about my device being Jail Break. It’s not. Instead, I have to disable the Norton VPN for the application to connect. ### 2/5 — Better but not good *2025-04-21* While the old app was apparently so bad, it would basically deny you access from your 401K account altogether because of being so buggy, this one isn’t much better. Issues: - Remember login credentials not working. You’ll still have to use a Authenticator every time you log in - You can’t see important parts of your account, such as transaction data in the app - No graphs for anything - Fund growth numbers don’t match official data When using an app you’ll want quick access to your information. With the dreadful login system of this app, I might as well just go to the website. It takes just as long. I’m also expecting at least some similarities to renowned providers such as Schwab, Vanguard or Fidelity. So while it’s better than nothing, it’s overall a pretty poor app. **Developer response:** Hi Mattbarna, thank you for the feedback.
