Day 1, done! It was really nice to scale back the weights to start back from the basics. The warm up kicked my butt, I thoroughly enjoyed Day 1’s lower body. Excited to see the athlete in me come out. Mama is ready to slay! Thank you Louise. I am so happy you are a part of my journey now. I love your mindset on fitness, health and training. I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and applying as I grow!
