I cannot recommend this app less. It will not let me cancel my subscription or delete my account, which has resulted in them charging my card for another year. Additionally, the “support” options are fake. I have tried to send multiple emails and have gotten no responses. I’ve also tried to set up a Google call with the “founder” Ali to get assistance, who accepted the invite and then did not show up. This app is a complete scam and I have nothing good to say about it.

La aplicación de forma aleatoria deja de funcionar. La abres. Pinchas en cualquier parte: el icono de inicio, un mazo… y pantallazo blanco. A veces cierras y abres y funciona pero no siempre. Es desesperante. A la hora de importar notas de 300 palabras te hace unas 100 seguido. La aplicación podría ser TOP pero te ene demasiados errores.

The app randomly stops working. You open it, click anywhere—the home icon, a deck… and a white screen appears. Sometimes closing and reopening it works, but not always. It’s frustrating.

When importing notes of 300 words, it only imports around 100 in a row. This app could be TOP, but it has too many errors.

For chat the app uses chatgpt3 which is very old and sometimes makes a lot mistakes. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

The app is constantly freezing and never loads my content. I also purchased the unlimited subscription and the mcat practice exam and I never got credited the exam. I emailed support a picture verifying my purchase and they still did not add my exam. There needs to be a lot of changes totally regret my purchase right now.

I requested that my data be deleted on November 8, 2024, and to date, I have received no response. Yesterday, I was charged without my consent for a service I haven’t used, despite having already requested a refund. The app doesn’t work properly, and they don’t fulfill what they promise. I’ve requested a refund multiple times, but there has been no response. These practices are completely dishonest, and I would not recommend this app at all. It’s a complete scam!

Downloaded this app to help me study, the “free app” was not allowing me to upload any documents or notes. So I purchased a subscription. Still doesn’t work, constantly freezes and shows a blank screen. I tried uploading notes 3x and it never tells you if it’s complete, and if you close the app there’s not flashcards saved. THIS IS GARBAGE !

I got the yearly subscription charged when I only signed up for trail. Contacted customer support (Ali), he read the messages and stopped replying when I asked for refund. Do not give your credit info. Also, quizlet is better at making cue cards than this.

Limited features compared to other AI study platforms.  Repeatedly tried to cancel subscription, never got any confirmation that it was cancelled. Online still shows subscribed. The customer support button doesn’t work on the app or on the website.

this is the best app for studying. i can memorize so much faster and it works in seconds. i just take a picture of my notes and voila, flashcards quizzes and explanations. so good!
