Once I finally found an App Store link that worked, it turns out the app doesn't work correctly and won't display a parking map. Please get your stuff together, SLC. ### 1/5 — Subpar *2016-03-09* The reason I got this app is to use the interactive map and it does not work ### 1/5 — Just another way for Becker and the city to ignore you *2015-05-10* I have submitted 4 requests. The first two the city have excuses and dismissed, but at least they responded. The last two have been been ignored since 4/29, which is when the third party states they sent them to the city. One of them was for a parking violation in front of my house. The car is still there almost two weeks later, and the city hasn't even been out to look at it. Compete waste of time!!!! ### 1/5 — Junk *2015-02-03* This app is junk. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Some options don't work at all. Other options work but have useless information. Useless app. ### 1/5 — Very outdated and glitchy. *2022-10-20, version 3.11.0* However, I have been able to report thousands of bum camps and hovels in SLC with the app. It’s also been great to report many parking violations and rubbish piles. I hope to be recognized by SLC for my commitment to the safety and decency of our community with diligence in reporting. ### 1/5 — Parking violations *2022-09-17, version 2.1.1* There are many cars park around my neighborhood that are park with so many violations. And you can not repot this on the app. For example, cars are parked in front of a fire hydrant. Another car is parked in front of a Church Driveway, cars are also parked less than a foot on the curve site on driveways and corners. You can not report any of this on this app. Frustrateded 😩 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-01-30, version 2.1.1* Never shows anything but launch screen ### 1/5 — Homeless *2021-11-23, version 2.1.1* We have had a guy living under foothill crossing parleys for over 1.25 yrs. He went from a functional teen to now talking to himself and huffing. SLC has done nothing to bring this guy help. And on top of it, someone in the city blocked me from the app. A tax paying citizen can’t even report an problem the city won’t fix. Incredible ### 1/5 — Parking around Project Open *2021-04-11, version 2.1.1* I requested lights and or cameras surrounding Project Open several times to no avail. The night before last at least three more car windows were smashed parked on the street. It’s so bad I can’t sleep at night and I fear especially for the safety of the people who park at night because something horrible will happen some night I can feel it in my bones. Nope! *2017-07-10, version 1.9.0* The parking function is a joke. It doesn't work at all and just creates a continuous loop encouraging you to download the app you are currently using to get parking info. ### 1/5 — Hot Garbage *2016-05-28, version 1.9.0* I usually don't bother to review bad apps but I had to make an exception here. This is one of the lowest effort/useless apps in the AppStore. The app simply displays the same mobile website (which is barely useable itself) you get when you visit it in Safari. ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works Great for connecting w/the corresponding city departments *2023-12-18* I’ve used this platform 5 or 6 times over the years as a SLC resident and each time the results have been great. I’m replied to in ~24hrs, I get a response regarding my message’s content, and so far every request from potholes to tree trimming has seen a speedy and efficient result. 👍 ### 5/5 — Graffiti *2019-06-22, version 2.1.1* I used this app to report graffiti at the local park. It was easy to tap the exact location on the map provided and attach pictures of the graffiti. It was also cleaned up that week!! ### 5/5 — Awesome functionality, but read my suggestions *2018-07-08, version 2.1.1* Great app; has tons of functions. But the drop the down menus are obnoxious. Was this designed by Microsoft back in 1995? Make button menus like an iPhone home screen. It’s be a lot easier to get to all of the great functions that this app offers. Nothing hidden. ### 5/5 — Very Helpful! *2015-02-05* This app is very easy to use and it works! This makes it very easy to report issues like graffiti, potholes, overgrown weeds, illegal parking, and many more. You can easily attach a photo (or not), pinpoint the location on a map, and give whatever details you have. I’ve seen numerous reports of graffiti get cleaned up by the next business day, every time! ### 2/5 — Bugs *2020-03-08, version 2.1.1* Service requests sometimes submit multiple times. And, once a request is closed, there’s no option for comments. ### 2/5 — Not very user friendly *2017-11-03, version 1.9.0* As stated, the app isn't very user friendly. ### 2/5 — "Parking" function is a joke *2017-04-25, version 1.9.0* I got this app because it was advertised as the way to find a parking space based on my current location. But the "parking" part of the app just takes me to the mobile version of the website... which tells me I can get an interactive map... which directs me BACK to download the app. Don't waste your time, just visit the mobile website directly. ### 2/5 — Awkward and confusing navigation *2014-03-18, version 1.7.0* Nearby requests locks you in a black screen and map view won't show maps at that point.
