## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Cannot get in

*2022-06-07, version 2.1.2*

After getting to the “do you have MyChart login” question and answering yes there is only a white screen and a back button with no way to move forward.

### 1/5 — Don’t be on the news if you can’t use it

*2020-03-11, version 1.0.1*

Was on the news as a great app to track your habits of sleeping and see how you can improve.. they forgot to mention that you need a code to use it. I’ll just stick with the other apps out there that work fine.

### 1/5 — Not for Public Use

*2020-02-23, version 1.0.1*

Requires a clinic code to use the app. Found this via a FOX 17 news article, but it’s not available if you aren’t associated with the Cleveland Clinic.

### 2/5 — I strongly disagree

*2023-05-09*

I strongly disagree with the results of this app !!!

### 2/5 — Dental Appliance

*2023-05-08*

I have a Dx of apnea. I use a dental appliance which is effective as of my last sleep study. This was not an option in the questionnaire. My current problem according to my Apple smartwatch is that I don’t get enough deep sleep. The app doesn’t address stages of sleep.

### 2/5 — Not a great tool for an already established patient

*2022-10-02, version 2.1.2*

The app constrains answers in such a way my result was skewed. It didn’t allow input on nighttime sleep disruptions, making the end result seem better than it really is. It also does not take into account the various ways lack of sleep and oxygen deprivation make a person feel the next day. It does not consider pain. These are all common points that should have been addressed, and in their a sense, make the app only an entry-level tool.

### 2/5 — Just a screening tool

*2021-08-19, version 2.02*

Disappointed. I’m a Cleveland Clinic patient so I was able to get access easily by entering MyChart credentials. Found it’s nothing but a questionnaire to give you likelihood that you have sleep problems like sleep apnea. And a link to make a follow up appointment at Cleveland Clinic.

### 3/5 — Connections to information don’t work

*2024-03-11*

The survey results tried to point me to information. Most of the time it didn’t load at all and just gave an error message. The one link that did go through was asking me to set up a Wordpress account instead of taking me to sleep info

### 3/5 — CPAP options

*2023-08-13*

Regarding my sleep apnea, your question asked if I used a CPAP machine, which I don’t. However I use the Inspire Sleep Device, so my apnea isn’t untreated.

### 3/5 — Sleep feedback

*2023-05-09*

What you did not ask is how many times and for how long a person is awake during the night. I am usually up 2-3X per night and don’t fall back to sleep for at least an hour or so each time. So when asked in the questions when I go to sleep and when I wake up it sounds like I get enough sleep. In fact I’m getting only 3-5 hours normally since it’s so interrupted.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy to use / good info to have!

*2022-03-29, version 2.1.1*

Pleased with how quick and informative the “Sleep” app is to use and gives a good initial assessment of sleep disorders. Definitely valuable information to share with your doctor.

### 5/5 — Feedback

*2022-03-18, version 2.1*

I love this app and I think it’s very educational and important to have if you are struggling with your sleep patterns. Mr Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful explains the idea and goal of this app, I really appreciated it.

The one thing I love about it is it provides you with resources and ways to improve sleep patterns for FREE. I recommend downloading!!

### 5/5 — Sleepyhead

*2022-03-18, version 2.1*

I think this is a great wake up call to the importance of proper rest. I have dragged my feet on seeing a sleep specialist and this is a relaxed way to move me along.

### 5/5 — I like it.

*2022-02-09, version 2.02*

I’m willing to try anything that could potentially add years to my life. Now I just need the sleeping better part. Appointment scheduled.

*2021-10-24, version 2.02*

Super easy to use, A lot of words but easy. Helps you with sleep in just a few days with the different recommendations on habits.
The survey may be long but trust me it’s worth it. It’s one of the best sleeping apps I’ve ever used in the few I’ve used in a while.
