## What is Sleep by Counting Sheep?

Let a little flock guide you into a quieter night. Sleep by Counting Sheep is a gentle bedtime experience: watch sheep cross a living meadow and count them at your own pace as you wind down and look for sleepiness.

COUNT THE WAY YOU LIKE
• Choose Auto Count for a steady rhythm, or Tap to Count to mark each sheep yourself.
• Follow the breathing cue as you count. Choose a preset pace or adjust your inhale and exhale.

COME BACK TO A CHANGING SKY
• Stars drift, clouds move, and the lake reflects the light. On some nights, a constellation quietly reveals itself.
• Let the sky choose its weather, or select a rainy night to watch the shower and hear the rain.
• Hide the controls for a full-screen view of the meadow. Leave it nearby as a little living nightscape.

LET THE NIGHT FADE SOFTLY
• Mix music with rain, wind, meadow sounds and thunder.
• Set a sleep timer to gently dim the screen and lower the audio together.
• Enable background playback to keep your soundscape going when the screen locks.

Advanced settings and personal music import are available through a one-time in-app purchase. The screenshots show the experience with all features unlocked.
