## What is Sleep Cycle?

Does your phone alarm wake you up angry, make you mad for the whole day, and sometimes not even go off? Our sleep calculator will help you fall asleep and wake up in the most natural way and help you get your day started full of energy and with a smile on your face.

Waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle can leave you groggy and ruin your whole day. Our app helps you find the perfect moment to wake up or fall asleep in order to maximize your sleep and keep you fresh all day. A normal sleep cycle lasts 90 minutes and, using that as a foundation, our app calculates the exact moment when you’re brain and body are ready to awaken.

Our app uses natural sounds to slowly bring you out of your sleep cycle and make sure you are wide awake. Once you have selected the sound of your choice, the sound will be played slowly and steadily, increasing in volume, for one minute.

There are eight natural sounds you can choose from:
- Bird Song
- Birds in the forest
- Ambient loop
- Gentle piano
- Seaside Sounds
- Garden
- Rapid river  
- Kenyan Savannah Grassland

The app allows you to choose:
- when to wake up
- when to go to sleep
- when to wake up if you sleep now

You can also set up alarm with the app and browse all "Sleep Time" alarms inside our app.

It helps me calculate the time when I need to wake up. I use it unconventionally because you can adjust the duration of the cycles yourself. So, if I need to sleep for 8 hours and 30 minutes, I just check the time I need to wake up. This app really helps me out. What I particularly like is that it’s free, and there’s no need to pay for a subscription—you just watch an ad. Since I only open it once a day to check what time to set my alarm, it’s very convenient. It really helps me save time.

The app dies exactly what it says it does, and it tells you what times you should go to sleep to get multiple levels of sleep quality. Would recommend

J’ai lu les avis qui disent de ne pas installer car le réveil ne sonne pas, je me suis dis peut être ils ont ferme l’application ça empêche le réveil, du coup j’installe pour tester, je n’ai pas fermé l’application et j’ai eu 0 réveil, laissé tomber ça sert à rien + 
REMPLI DE PUB tu restes sur l’application 30 secondes t’as une appli de 30 secondes bref je n’ai jamais vu ça c’est un 0/20
