So I'mac seasoned mediator and let me tell you. There's NOTHING LIKE SHAZZIE. Her voice, the things she says are the most unique and comforting things I have ever heard in a meditation. Not like the normal crap they ALL say. Hers actually gets to the root of it with her phenomenal visualizations and reassuring statements. Plus the music isn't annoying piano or something it's PERFECT. After probably 9 years this is STILL my go-to sleep meditation and I've never found a better one. Love it! ### 4/5 — Sleep easily is very good.. *2020-12-13* I found sleep easily with ShazzieSeveral years ago and it really is a true meditation and it does really help me fall asleep. I bought a couple other ones by Shazzie. The free one is the best. I have tried other meditations for sleep and this one works best. I have really enjoyed using it however, if I pay for it again it will be the third time I’ve had to do this. Disgusting that it deletes the library and mysteriously forgets that I have permission to listen to the extended tape...which if you were interested is the same script just slightly slower so really not all that worth it anyway.
