I've used a similar app for 13 years so I use this app to switch it up. This so has amazing music especially if you like lo-fi music/beats. There's also sounds like campfires, coffee shop, nature sounds. 

I just wish I could have a longer run time of the music for free; I get not having all the selections. An hour is sometimes bot enough to fall asleep. Still love this app.

I thought it was going to be one of those apps that make you pay to want to have good sleep but to my surprise, it’s free! It also provided me with one of my favorite things to listen to while trying to be relaxed or go to sleep, rain and thunder. One of my new favorites, which is new to me, is the campfire. I love how you can change the back-rounds to make it more relaxing. The only thing that disappointed me is that there aren’t any music with words but besides that, to me, it’s the best app ever!

I love it so much it helps you calm down and relax and sleep better.it give lessons to relax breath in and out it is great i love is so much pls try it

So good thing about this app is I instantly found out u can play music and exit app do whatever plus u can play music and add sound effects to it such as rain thunder or bugs lol it’s fun only and most of the packs not free ofc it’s understandable overall 5 star hop they put out more free packages tho
