I’ve used a few nights and feel the light has been helpful. I’d like to try some music but the sound is not relaxing. More soothing, not as sharp noises and more options. Thanks.

All I think could be improved is the sounds. Could be better ones like maybe waterfalls or like choose ur own. Like for kids if they needed a light they could have slime crunches or stuff like that. Thanks for understanding.

This program is almost perfect. The only thing that would improve it is the ability to combine the alarm feature with the sleep feature into one program. I would also like the ability to listen to audiobooks or music. But other than that, this program is wonderful! Thank you so much for this.

Lately I have had some trouble getting into bed and to sleep but after I used this i got to sleep in under 10 minutes! You can change sounds and colours to whatever and choose a brightness! Set a timer and your ready to go to sleep!! This app also after the time you set it turns your iPad/ IPhone 's brightness darker! Wonderful!
