This app has helped me with relaxation techniques and helping my sleep patterns. I like the variety of sessions depending on my mood

I find Sleep Maestro really useful in getting me back to sleep during the night. Sometimes I wake up and the mind starts racing about all the things I need to get done. This app stops the racing and calms my mind down so I can get back to sleep.

Sometimes it’s tough to fall asleep or stay asleep and when that happens I need a back up plan to help me do it or my week is tough . And this app is ace, have tried it a few times now and it gets me to sleep or back to sleep every time and quickly. I really like the accent too! Thanks.
