I downloaded this app to help me fall asleep and also fall back asleep if I woke up during the night.  It does exactly that.  The sleep stories/meditations are calm and relaxing and help you fall asleep quickly and naturally.  I haven’t tried the other meditations yet but I’m sure they are high quality as well! Highly recommend.

I love the uncluttered look of this app. Graphics are beautiful and audio is great! The earth tones are a nice touch too. Highly recommended!
