## What is Sleep Now ~ Relaxation Journey?

The Sleep Now Relaxation Journey helps your brain settle down when you focus on the travel path with the assistance of music, narration and the brain entrainment waves options. All 3 options assists you getting into the sleep mode and you may adjust the visualization speed at the level you most comfortamble with. 

When you have racing thoughts and you are unable to focus, adjust the speed of the visualization to match your brain activity and select the suitable music track. 

•	The visualization objective is to make you focused and engaged, this engagement assists the brain drift to relaxation state faster.
•	Adjust the speed of the visual journey at a rate you are most comfortable with. High speed (+) might be suitable for you if you can’t focus on slower motion journey, especially when you had a busy day. Swipe the visual up/down to change the visualization. 
•	The music tracks offered has mindfulness tones to promote relaxation
•	You can add the Waves feature that plays Binaural Beats that can help you sleep better. A study using binaural beats at a Delta frequency of 3 Hz showed that these beats induced delta activity in the brain. This app uses Delta Frequency with low sound level for effective results. 
•	Warning: Do not play the Waves option if you have epilepsy or other seizures disorder.
