This app is really creepy. Once it thinks you’re asleep it puts the brightness on full and a man starts talking. Nightmare fuel.

I was in search of something that will help my fall asleep beside watching youtube videos and I found it. 

This app works great and you will love it once you get use to it.

I’ve been struggling with going to sleep for as long as I can remember. Even depend on melatonin supplements most nights. This app has definitely helped out tremendously and I am planning to use it every night.

You know what I think this game really delivers. The purpose is to set you up with good sleeping habits and that’s what it does. The science of the slow wavelength light really relaxes my eyes after staring at a computer all day. I love how it has a flashlight in the app that uses red/orange light too. The gameplay is easy but I think that’s how it’s suppose to be to fall asleep.

Haven’t been able to sleep for the past couple of nights- decided to try any app out.. tried this - LOVE IT. The concepts amazing, airplane mode and then you play the game until you’re tired enough to sleep. Worked on me!
