Used to work. Now it doesn’t. ### 2/5 — I found a good one last night but can’t find it anymore! *2024-09-07* Where are the titles and the dial so I can choose what works for me? Why use the term “sheep”? Although I can’t say I am an insomniac, I do often have difficulty falling to sleep, and more commonly have extreme difficulty staying asleep. I must say I am impressed by this product, enough to give it a 5 star rating! The program construction is thoughtful, with a user friendly interface, and a pleasing sequence of audio content. It usually, but not always begins with various ethereal musical constructs, followed by white noise/ binaural pulses designed to keep you asleep. Well, I was surprised to find that the program really works! The results I have experience have been impressive, and I can only tell you I have been bitterly disappointed on the rare nights that I had not charge my battery and couldn’t use the sleep phones!
