Fall asleep by staying still.

Sleep Still turns bedtime into one simple challenge: stay as still and quiet as you can while a calm voice gently counts from 1 to 60.

Place your phone on the pillow beside your head. Press Start. Close your eyes. If you move or make a sound, the count softly begins again, never with judgment, always with patience.

The goal isn’t to force sleep. The goal is stillness. Sleep follows naturally.
