I have been experimenting with different things to get good sleep. But Beta waves and sleep stories in this app really helped me sleep peacefully after so long. It also has a section of relaxing sounds they help me relax and fall asleep fast. Would recommend to anyone who has trouble sleeping.

This app works perfectly for me helps me fall asleep so quickly. I don’t even remember a single story what happens I am already sleep by the time story start to unfold. Also, collection of Sleep sounds is great it helps me relax. Overall a great experience!
