I don’t understand i have paid two dif things still won’t play a story

This is awful to hear. I'm so sorry.
There are many people for whom the app works perfectly, so I'm really upset you've had a bad experience.

Would you mind to please email me at help@sleepstory.app, or via the "Contact customer support" link within the app so that I can look into this for you and do what I can to make it right?
